Ordering and After-Sales Service
What payment methods do you support?
Currently, we support PayPal payments. We are also continuously evaluating other payment methods to provide more options.
How are shipping and returns handled?
We offer free standard shipping. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and are expected to arrive within 7-14 days.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused and include all accessories. Please see our shipping policy and return policy for more information.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible via email (maison@dcorj.com). If the order is still being processed, we will do our best to assist you, but modifications or cancellations cannot be fully guaranteed. If the order has already been shipped, it will need to be processed according to the return process.
How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
We will complete picking, packing, and shipping arrangements within 2-3 business days after successful payment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for most orders. If extra shipping costs are required for certain special areas, it will be indicated at checkout.
What if the scarf I received has quality issues?
If the received item has quality issues (damaged, wrong item, significant color difference), please take photos within 24 hours of receipt and provide the order number and detailed description via maison@dcorj.com. We will verify and process it for you according to our return and exchange policy.
How to avoid misunderstandings due to color differences?
We try our best to accurately represent our products in the pictures, but slight color differences may exist due to lighting and monitor variations. Customers who are very sensitive to color can contact customer service before placing an order to request more photos or suggestions.
